FOR PERFORMING CITY OF CHICAGO LIFE SAFETY EVALUATIONS

The following individuals and firms are members of the Chicago Chapter and have indicated that they have the qualifications required by the City of Chicago to perform the Life Safety Evaluations intended to satisfy Section 13-196-206 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago relating to existing highrise buildings. Neither the Chapter nor the Society has verified the qualifications of the individuals and firms listed herein and makes no claims as to their capabilities. Individuals or organizations intending to retain a licensed architect or registered professional engineer or a licensed professional design firm should request a listing of experience in the area of fire safety and building evaluation and evidence of current professional licensing, as set forth by the City of Chicago Department of Buildings.
