SFPE Golf Outing Invitation.
Please note the new location for this year’s outing will be at Maple Meadows
Golf Club in Wood Dale on Wednesday, July 22. We hope that everyone can
join us again this year and continue to make it such a successful fundraiser
for the Loyola Medical Center Burn Unit. Please

Unless noted, the luncheon meetings start at 12-noon, refreshments at 11:30 AM, and the guest speaker follows immediately after lunch. See meeting announcement for location. Tickets are as indicated in the meeting notice.

Meeting Venue:
Costa’s
Restaurant is our normal meeting location. The restaurant is on the
corner of Halsted and Van Buren Streets; valet parking is available. Please make
sure that you look at your e-mail announcements for any meeting changes.
For 2009 and until further notice, the price for people that make reservations will remain the same at $25.00.
Walk-ins:$30
Retiree’s (completely retired): $20
Professional Fire Fighters (In Uniform): $15
Full time Students with valid school ID: $10

Reservations for our luncheon meeting are not taken by Costa’s.
Professional Development Hours (PDH):
The announcements will have the number of hours that can be credited (typically 1 or 2 hr).
The printed receipt for lunch will have the PDH credit hours posted for the meeting. The individual sign-in sheets will be scanned and maintained by the Secretary for future reference. However, it is still the member’s responsibility to keep track of their own PDH credit for the SFPE meetings they attend. Copies of the scanned sign-in sheets will be sent to the secretary of our Chapter.
